As a destination resort, we ask you to be aware (and understanding) of our deposit and cancellation policies:

We have a two-night minimum stay. A one-night stay may be considered - a $40 surcharge will apply.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits received will be refunded (less a 10% administration fee) should a cancellation occur more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Should a cancellation occur within 14 days of arrival, deposits received will be non-refundable. Should you need to check-out prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for those reserved dates, unless we are able to rent the suite.
